School Policies

- Admission Requirements
Admissions requires that a prospective student possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Applicant must be a born-again Christian and seriously pursuing spiritual and educational goals. Applicants are accepted when in the school's opinion, they are qualified and have good possibility of success in their objectives.
Transfer Credit Evaluation
Students with previous training in the course to be pursued may have transcripts evalutated . Credit allowed will be recorded on the enrollment record and the length of the course shortened proportionately.
- Official transcripts from other schools will be evaluated based on equivalency in the areas of: faculty qualification, learning objectives, textbooks, reading and written assignments, lecture time, and course duration. Reasonable parity with C.B.C. courses is the general rule.
- CBC will accept official transcripts from any accredited college or community college listing the general education credits the student has earned. A limitation of 75% of the total credit can be transferred, including general education requirements, for the A.A. and B.A. degree programs. Credit may be transferred prior to, concurrent with, or not later than 5 years after the date of graduation from CBC.
Student Records
Enrollees are advised and cautioned that State law requires this educational institution to maintain complete student records for no more than a five year period. Transcripts will be maintained and available to the student for a total of fifty years.
Attendance
Faithful attendance is required at all classes. The student must abide by the guidelines for attendance, absence, tardies, make-up work, etc., as outlined in the current Student Handbook.

Conditions of Interruption for Unsatisfactory Progress
When the average grade point of a student is unsatisfactory for a calendar month, the student will be placed on academic probation. If, during the next month, the student's grade average is still unsatisfactory, the student's course of study will be interrupted, and if applicable, the Veteran's Administration will be notified.
- Condition for Re-enrollment
Re-enrollment or re-entrance will be approved after evidende is shown to the school's satisfaction that conditions which caused the interruption for unsatisfactory progress have been corrected.
